You will participate in court hearings, align with agency policies, maintain relationships with schools and community partners, and uphold confidentiality while delivering compassionate services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s level degree in the field if required by program/contract.
• Broad knowledge of human service principles acquired via a bachelor’s degree.
• Bi-lingual English and a second language preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet time-sensitive deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist Case Managers with essential paperwork and documentation (green card applications; funding requests; school enrollment).
• Provide case management services including social work, counseling, and coordinating community referrals.
• Ensure child safety while in care.
• Attend and be prepared for court hearings on assigned cases.
• Maintain collateral contacts with organizations such as schools for updates.
• Assist in maintaining client contact for follow-up or intervention.
• Accompany youth to immigration hearings or procedures as requested.
• Schedule and attend medical and dental appointments for clients.
• Collaborate with supervisor to schedule and prioritize duties.
• Attend required trainings and stay updated on regulatory requirements.
