Qualifications

• Bachelor's level degree in human services or related field.
• Bi-lingual English and a second language preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Assist Case Managers with paperwork and documentation.
• Provide case management services including social work, counseling, and referrals.
• Ensure child safety in care.
• Attend court hearings as required.
• Coordinate with schools and agencies for updates.
• Maintain client contact for case follow-up.
• Accompany youth to immigration procedures as requested.
• Schedule medical and dental appointments.
• Participate in required trainings.
• Maintain accurate case notes in client portal.
• Stay updated on agency, federal, and state regulations.
• May participate in Bethany events.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
