Job summary

Bethany Christian Services USA is seeking a Case Manager - Home Study and Post Release Services to support refugee and immigrant children and their families across Wisconsin. The role involves cultural and linguistic case management, home studies, and trauma-informed support.

You will maintain caseloads, conduct home visits, and coordinate services with supervisors and community partners to ensure safe reunification and access to resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field is required.
• Bi-lingual English and Spanish is required.
• Experience in child and family services preferred.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and trauma-informed approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate PRS and comprehensive case management.
• Maintain a caseload per contract terms and agency expectations.
• Conduct home visits and reunification assessments as needed.
• Document all reports and notes in the agency database within required timelines.
• Refer families to community resources and provide ongoing support.
• Adhere to safety procedures and transport requirements as needed.
