Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington seeks a Multilingual Case Worker to provide direct case management and supportive services to eligible clients in line with grant requirements. You will conduct individual assessments, connect clients with resources, and document progress.

The role includes leading group services, outreach to communities, referrals for SNAP benefits, and collaboration with partners.

Qualifications

• AA degree and 2 years’ experience as a case worker.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and at least two of the following languages: French, Amharic, Spanish, or Dari/Pashto.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual case management and support services.
• Lead group services and client education sessions.
• Conduct community outreach and build referrals to resources.
• Enter and maintain client data in agency systems and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with partners and supervise volunteers as needed.
