Job summary

National Youth Advocate Program is hiring a Case Aide in Aurora, CO. The role supports children, families, and individuals through mandated case management tasks and documentation in NYAP systems.

The position requires a High School Diploma (Bachelor's preferred), bilingual English/Spanish, and strong organizational and computer skills. Benefits include healthcare, PTO, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; a 4-year degree is preferred.
• Understand ORR policies and procedures.
• Proficient with desktop and mobile devices and common software.

Responsibilities

• Perform work consistent with NYAP mission and values.
• Support ORR's 7 Day Case Management policy requirements.
• Maintain records per ORR/NYAP policies.
• Complete records requests and VOR changes as needed.
• Upload documentation to UC Portal and NYAP Evolv system.
• Support case management for reunification with potential sponsors.
