Job summary

National Youth Advocate Program is seeking a Case Aide for La Jornada to provide administrative support to program staff and help maintain updated records in ORR systems. The role requires a flexible schedule, potential weekend work, and a commitment to NYAP’s mission.

Responsibilities include assisting with case documentation, coordinating travel, and supporting licensing and legal screenings. The ideal candidate is bilingual, organized, and capable of handling confidential information with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; a 4-year degree is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Support ORR’s 7 Day Case Management policy requirements.
• Maintain records per NYAP/ORR policies and respond to records requests.
• Assist with intake and discharge packages and case file maintenance.
• Coordinate travel for children and staff and assist with background checks.
