Sunny Glen Children's Home is seeking a dedicated Case Aide Clerk in Brownsville, TX to support day-to-day case management, maintain files, and ensure compliance with ORR policies. You will collaborate with Case Managers, travel teams, and third-party partners to coordinate reunifications and transfers.

The role involves coordinating flight arrangements, communicating with families and sponsors, and ensuring timely discharges while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required; additional education preferred.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, and case management software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and archive physical or electronic active/discharged files in accordance with agency and ORR policies and procedures, meeting licensing standards.
• Meet with Children weekly to provide telephonic communication with family of origin, primary caregiver, and/or sponsor.
• Assist with discharge and transfer planning and paperwork as needed.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and ensure proper documentation for reunifications and transfers.
