Job summary

Dynamic Service Solutions (DSS) is hiring a Case Manager in Houston, TX to support unaccompanied children under ORR guidelines. The role emphasizes trauma-informed, culturally responsive care, timely reunification, and coordination among disciplines.

You will manage service plans, documentation, and release procedures with attention to federal requirements. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science field and 2 years of ORR case management experience, with bilingual

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, social work, clinical counseling, human services or related field.
• 2 years of case management experience in an ORR setting preferred.
• Must be bilingual in English/Spanish (speak, read and write).

Responsibilities

• Complete initial intake and coordinate intake with family in home country and sponsor.
• Conduct sponsor and home country assessments to guide reunification.
• Maintain physical and web-based client files and ensure proper documentation.
• Submit reunification packets and prepare youth discharge plans.
• Ensure completion of Initial Intake, UAC Assessments, and Individual Service Plans.
• Provide weekly updates to youth and weekly calls to caregivers/sponsors.
