Job summary

National Youth Advocate Program seeks a Case Aide for La Jornada to provide administrative and documentation support to the program staff. You will maintain records per ORR, upload documents to UC Portal and NYAP Evolv, and assist with intake, discharge packages, and travel coordination.

The role requires a willingness to work extended hours and weekends, bilingual English/Spanish abilities, and strong organizational skills to handle multiple priorities with confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• High school diploma required; a 4-year degree is preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and document support to program staff.
• Maintain records and ensure timely uploads to ORR and NYAP systems.
• Support case management with intake, discharge, and tracking activities.
• Coordinate travel for children and staff and assist with legal screenings.
• Assist with licensing processes for foster parents and clinical teams.
• Prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
