Job summary

Rite of Passage is hiring an ORR Assistant Lead Case Manager Bilingual for Sycamore Canyon Academy in Oracle, Arizona. This role leads case management efforts, supports youth services, and collaborates with a dedicated team in a therapeutic educational setting.

The position requires a BA/BS (Master’s preferred), 3+ years supervisory and case management experience, and at least 1 year in child welfare, with a valid driver’s license and background checks. Onsite housing and meals are provided.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• At least 3 years of progressive employment experience showing supervisory and case management.
• Prior case management experience preferred; at least 1 year in child welfare.
• Must possess a valid State Driver’s License and acceptable driving record (3 years).
• Ability to pass criminal background clearance checks, drug screening, physical and TB test.
