Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Six months of relevant experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Knowledge of workforce development or career counseling helpful.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by telephone, virtually, or in-person to assess customer goals and provide information for job seekers transitioning to new positions.
• Review and identify job opportunities for customers and provide referrals to qualified candidates.
• Advise customers on local job market resources, resume development, and interview techniques.
• Develop cooperative working relationships with internal teams, the public and external partners.
• Seek ways to improve workforce services to meet labor market needs.
• Contribute to Career Center performance goals and client follow-up.
