Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates or Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Previous related workforce experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides career counseling and coaching to help customers enhance training and professional skillset to obtain employment in their desired field.
• Expands job seeker opportunities through career exploration strategies and guides enrollment in local, state, and federal programs.
• Guides job seekers through the career development and exploration process using career planning services such as aptitude assessments, resume writing, and interview techniques.
