CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Work Life Consultant for a full-time, fully remote role. You will conduct telephonic intakes, provide guidance, and research community resources to support employee productivity and wellbeing.

The role emphasizes helping participants access childcare, elder care, daily living, and related services. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and is aligned with a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Competenze

• Bilingual English/Spanish required (speak, read, write).
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or a related helping profession.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
• Experience with telephonic intakes or assessments preferred.
