C2 Global Professional Services (C2GPS) is a workforce and career services provider focused on connecting job seekers with opportunities. The CSR acts as a bridge between customers and workforce services, helping align goals with available resources and referrals.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, knowledge of local job markets, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to improve service delivery.

Formación

• Previous knowledge of workforce development or career counseling services is helpful.
• Knowledge of local communities and labor market resources.
• Able to learn and use computers, systems and programs such as word processing and spreadsheets.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work with diverse customers with unique needs and communication styles.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational and detail-oriented skills.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with customers by telephone, virtually, or in-person to assess goals and assist job seekers.
• Review and identify job opportunities for customers and provide referrals to qualified candidates.
• Advise customers on the local job market, services, resources, and resume/interview skills.
• Develop constructive working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Seek ways to improve workforce services to meet labor market needs.
• Contribute to Career Center performance goals and follow up with customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
