Qualifications

• Must read, speak, and write in English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred/required.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Supervisory/leadership experience a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superb customer service to clients and temporary associates.
• Recruit, interview and follow-up with candidates and associates.
• Match employee skills to customer hiring needs.
• Develop business leads and retain current clientele.
• Present Surge Staffing products and services to customers.
• Manage marketing programs for sales calls and direct outreach.
• Recruit, train and retain temporary staff and coach associates.
• Resolve problems or complaints of associates and customers.
