Job summary

Career Team in Orange County, CA is seeking a Career Advisor (Case Manager) to deliver intensive case management and career counseling to adults in the WIOA Title I program. You will help participants set employment goals, navigate barriers, and pursue sustainable careers onsite.

This full-time, exempt role reports to a supervisor. The position requires a minimum of 2 years in the field, strong communication, and ability to work with diverse populations; travel may be required within Orange

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; post-secondary education preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in case management or related human services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive case management for One-Stop Workforce customers.
• Conduct intake, eligibility, and enrollment for WIOA Title I participants.
• Develop and update Individual Employment Plans and summaries.
• Maintain regular contact with participants through in-person, virtual, and phone appointments.
• Assist participants with job development and unsubsidized placement.
