Job summary

Humana Inc. seeks a Bilingual Care Management Support Assistant in a remote capacity. You will engage with English- and Spanish-speaking members by phone, complete non-clinical assessments, and help navigate resources and benefits to support overall well-being.

You will manage inbound and outbound calls in an auto-dialer, document member information, and work 11:30 AM–8:00 PM EST with occasional extended hours for training or coverage. Strong compassion and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required; pass language assessments.
• Minimum 1 year of high-volume inbound/outbound calls.
• Experience meeting productivity, quality, or service metrics.
• Experience updating member information across multiple applications.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Engage members by phone to encourage participation in care management programs.
• Complete assessments to identify health risks and care needs for follow-up.
• Assist members with scheduling doctor’s appointments or accessing resources.
• Identify and address barriers to preventive screenings, benefits, and services.
• Support members in understanding and accessing benefits for health and well-being.
• Manage inbound/outbound calls in an auto-dialer and document member information.
