Job summary

HolaVida Health is seeking a Bilingual Health Navigator to assist members with scheduling visits, understanding coverage, and receiving culturally-centered support in English and Spanish. You will communicate via chat, phone, and email to guide members through care questions and scheduling.

You will work closely with clinical teams to ensure smooth care delivery and advocate for members while surfacing feedback to improve the overall experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer support, care coordination, or member services.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Empathetic, organized, and comfortable with support tools.
• Bonus: healthcare or insurance navigation experience.
