Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to pass language assessments.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience managing high-volume inbound and outbound calls.
• Experience meeting productivity, quality, or service metrics.
• Experience updating member information across multiple applications and platforms.
• Experience using Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Engage members by phone to encourage participation in care management programs.
• Complete assessments and questionnaires to identify health risks and care needs.
• Assist scheduling doctor appointments or connecting with care resources.
• Identify barriers to preventive care, benefits, and services.
• Document member information and manage calls in an auto-dialer environment.
