Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls within the established ring time goal.
• Verify member identity using PINs or security questions before transactions.
• Educate members on accounts, rates, products, and services after research.
• Open accounts via online system and promote credit union services.
• Handle wire transfer requests and use DocuSign for document delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of CU products and cross-department collaboration.
