Apple Valley Waste is expanding its customer service team to support residential, commercial, and roll-off services. The Customer Service Member will drive service excellence, address inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to fulfill customer needs.

The role emphasizes empathy, fast execution, and ownership with opportunities for growth as the company scales its operations and maintains safety and service quality.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or service environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Address and resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
• Process service requests and coordinate with internal teams to fulfill needs.
