Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years in customer service, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred, especially in call center or service-oriented environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
