Job summary

Premier Auto Credit is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Glendale, CA team. This full-time clerical role involves contacting auto loan customers, negotiating payment arrangements, and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced call center environment.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, comfortable with high-volume calls, and able to balance multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Help customers bring their accounts current in the first stage of Collections (1 to 10 Days) in a Predictive Dialer environment.
• Ability to answer a high volume of calls daily.
• Process phone, email, web and fax transactions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Offer payment options over the phone to cure early delinquency.
• Perform account maintenance: explain loan terms, submit loans for repossession, request proof of insurance.
• Learn and abide by the FDCPA Collection Law+.
