Job summary

Premier Auto Credit in Glendale, CA is seeking a Customer Service Representative for part-time shifts. You will contact auto loan customers, negotiate payment arrangements, and help bring accounts current in a high-volume call center.

Requirements include bilingual English/Spanish, 6 months to 1 year call center experience preferred, and a HS diploma or GED. Salary ranges hourly with a monthly bonus potential and standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required or preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; college can substitute.
• Experience in call center or debt collections is a plus.
• Typing speed 20-25 wpm; able to multitask in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Contact auto loan customers regarding late or missed payments.
• Answer a high volume of calls daily.
• Handle phone, email, web and fax transactions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Offer payment options over the phone to cure delinquency.
• Perform account maintenance; explain loan terms and submit loans for repossession when needed.
• Learn and abide by FDCPA collection laws.
• Other duties as assigned.
