Realm Health is seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative for our Dallas, TX office. This full-time, hourly role requires excellence in customer service and seamless communication in English and Spanish.

You will respond to inquiries across phone, email, and chat, document interactions, and collaborate with the Member Services team to ensure the best member experience while staying up-to-date on policies and products.

This full-time, hourly position is ideal for someone who excels at providing exceptional customer service and seamlessly communicates in both English and Spanish. What You’ll Do

• Deliver outstanding customer service to members in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm and empathetic under pressure.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic work environment.
• Proficiency in relevant computer systems and customer service software is a plus.
• Availability to work full-time on a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
