Job summary

Sharonview Federal Credit Union in Indian Land, SC is hiring a customer service representative to provide outstanding support to members, handle inbound calls, and process financial transactions with care. You will guide members through account features, promote appropriate products, and resolve issues on the spot.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English/Spanish is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is required.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Friendly and clear verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional and effective service to members.
• Answer inbound calls, support members with financial transactions, and turn questions into helpful solutions.
• Take ownership of issues—resolving concerns on the spot when possible. Be empowered to make things right.
• Guiding members through account features and helping them understand their options.
• Cross-offer and educate members on products and services tailored to their financial goals.
