AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a clerk to perform a wide range of general clerical tasks with high confidentiality. The role requires computer literacy, independent work, and overtime as directed.
Responsibilities include handling high-volume inquiries by phone/email, directing visitors, printing and routing documents, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client databases while providing excellent customer service.

High school diploma or equivalent.
One (1) year of recent paid responsible office clerical experience, preferably within a Social Service Agency and demonstrated fulfillment of the knowledge and ability sections.
Bilingual English/Spanish speaking ability is desired.
