The role requires English/Spanish fluency, strong communication, basic Windows computer skills, and a commitment to attendance. Schedule is 40 hours per week with one weekend day and holidays.

Qualifications

• Polished, professional phone presence and clear communication.
• Strong English writing and grammar skills.
• Basic computer literacy in Windows environment.
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to quality service.
• Flexibility to work one weekend day per week and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional assistance to callers in a high-volume environment.
• Gather, verify, and route caller information to the appropriate clients.
• Enter caller details into our software with accuracy and speed.
• Meet core performance goals including schedule adherence, call handling times, and QA standards.
