Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot problems and provide fast, friendly solutions.
• Document all interactions accurately in the system.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, services and system updates.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed.
• Follow up on customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Meet daily performance goals for call volume, resolution time and quality.
• Collaborate with teammates to keep operations running smoothly.
