CAMPUS USA Credit Union in Gainesville, FL seeks an experienced Call Center Agent to assist members by explaining products and resolving inquiries over the phone.

Key responsibilities include handling loan applications, cross-selling services, maintaining accurate records, and training new staff while meeting call volume and quality targets. Spanish/English bilingual skills preferred; schedule includes weekdays with occasional weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of prior call center and/or banking/credit union experience required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Excellent member service and communication skills
• Ability to resolve problems within authority and escalate appropriately

Responsibilities

• Assist members and potential members with telephone requests, explaining products and services and resolving inquiries.
• Handle loan applications, reviewing for financial fit and cross-sell lending products.
• Meet call volume, production, and quality targets; maintain accurate records.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and promote services to members.
• Train new call center employees as needed per training schedule.
