Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year experience in a financial institution or customer service.
• Prior cash handling and customer service responsibilities preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Initiate conversations to assess member needs and provide excellent service.
• Process share deposits, loan payments, and account transfers accurately.
• Open new membership accounts and ensure compliance.
• Promote credit union products and services to members.
• Handle cash drawer with balancing and timely posting of deposits.
