CAMPUS USA Credit Union is seeking an experienced Call Center Agent to assist members with telephone requests, explain financial products, and resolve inquiries while maintaining confidentiality. The role emphasizes lending awareness, cross-selling opportunities, and strong member service in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires 1–3 years in call center/banking settings and a bilingual English/Spanish ability.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of prior call center and/or banking/credit union experience required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work with loan products and cross-sell where appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Assist members and potential members with telephone requests and explain products/services.
• Resolve inquiries and issues within authority; refer complex items to supervisor with recommendations.
• Process loan applications and review for alignment with members' financial needs.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to enhance members' borrowing experience.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality; train new staff as needed.
