Qualifications

• 1-3 years prior call center and/or banking/credit union experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist members and potential members with telephone requests, explain products and services, and resolve inquiries within authority.
• Process loan applications, review for financial fit, and refer to supervisor when needed.
• Maintain accurate records, achieve call volume and quality targets, and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Train new call center staff as needed and ensure confidentiality and professionalism.
