Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Bilingual Business Development Manager in Orlando, FL to expand market share through new business development, sales opportunities, and end-to-end customer account management.

The role targets high-quality leads, conducts pre-call research, and builds relationships across client levels while engaging decision makers throughout the buying journey. Strong CRM experience and bilingual skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Staffing experience is a plus but not required.
• Experience building strong client relationships.
• Knowledge of target market and geography.
• Demonstrable CRM experience.
• Must have market-related and sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Target high quality leads and leverage partnerships to build a robust prospect funnel.
• Conduct pre-call research and planning to gain insights into customer needs and priorities.
• Build relationships at multiple levels with potential clients via phone, email, social media and face-to-face meetings.
• Engage with decision makers at all levels (including executives) during the buying process.
• Provide consultative account management, post-sales support, and consistent follow-up.
• Meet or exceed weekly goals to bring in new accounts through methods like Lead Gen, Vidyard, Zoom, LinkedIn, etc.
• Use EmployBridge's technology to reach clients and prospects.
