EmployBridge is seeking a Bilingual Business Development Manager in Oxnard, CA to expand market share through new business development and end-to-end account management. You will target high-quality leads, research prospects, and build relationships with executives and decision makers via phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings.

The ideal candidate has strong B2B sales experience, CRM proficiency, and knowledge of the local market.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales and developing new business.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Knowledge of target market geography and industry.
• Proficient with CRM platforms for managing sales cycles.
• Strong market and operations knowledge related to sales.
• Staffing or service industry background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Target high-quality leads and leverage partnerships to build a robust prospect funnel.
• Conduct pre-call research and planning to understand customer needs.
• Build relationships with clients at multiple levels via phone, email, social media and in-person meetings.
• Engage with decision makers throughout the buying process and provide consultative account management.
• Meet or exceed weekly new accounts targets using methods such as Lead Gen, Vidyard, Zoom, LinkedIn.
• Utilize EmployBridge technology to reach clients and prospects.
