Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions in Florida seeks an Account Manager (Bilingual) to oversee operations for an assigned client area, train and guide new clients, inspect performance and client requirements, troubleshoot requests/complaints, coordinate site visits, and develop long-term relationships with clients and Contractors.

Qualifications

• Three to five+ years of sales and management experience in building maintenance, facility management, or equivalent.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish highly preferred.
• High School diploma required; bachelor's degree highly desirable.
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent follow-through on commitments.
• Positive, outgoing personality with strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of CRM databases.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships, including retention, expansion and diversification of City Wide solutions.
• Formulate and manage an effective service strategy and schedule tailored to each client.
• Negotiate and enter into agreements for additional services including pricing, staffing and logistics.
• Oversee contractor relationships including hiring, pricing, contracts, compliance, and replacements as needed.
• Ensure quality and client satisfaction through inspections and follow-through on commitments.
• Supervise Night Managers to execute client strategy and service delivery.
• Ensure adequate staffing to service clients and promote procurement of supplies.
• Communicate client issues with Contractors and DOO/owner; address issues promptly.
• Use CRM for client inspections, billing, routing, and related tasks.
• Schedule non-routine activities; update BIS, FSM sheets, and Exhibit A; ensure MSDS labeling.
• Notify Sales Executives of potential accounts and new construction opportunities.
• Discuss client survey results with DOO, NMs, and Contractors; drive improvements.
• Develop plans with DOO and NMs to resolve complaints and monitor compliance.
• Approve pay sheets for NMs/Service Representatives; support accounting on invoices.
• Maintain route sheets, key/alarm sheets, and monthly planners for each client.
• Participate in monthly Contractor paydays.
