Role Description The Bilingual Business Development role is a full-time, on-site position based in Irving, TX. In this role, the individual will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with prospective and existing clients, and present staffing solutions that meet their workforce needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting, making outreach calls and visits, conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, and coordinating closely with recruiters to ensure successful placements. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, tracking sales activities, and collaborating with internal teams to support client satisfaction and account growth. This position requires effective communication in English and another language (such as Spanish) to engage a diverse client base and community.

Qualifications

• Business development and sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and client relationship management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and another language (e.g., Spanish), with the ability to present services clearly and persuasively.
• Customer service and account management skills to understand client needs and provide responsive, solutions-focused support.
• Organizational and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple opportunities, follow up consistently, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Basic proficiency with CRM tools, office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace), and data entry for tracking sales activities.
