RBFCU Gonzales seeks a Branch Member Service Representative to deliver outstanding member service in a role combining Teller and Personal Banker functions. Located at 1712 E.

Sarah DeWitt Drive, Gonzales, TX, the MSR will handle transactions, assess deposits for fraud, and promote RBFCU products to improve members’ financial well-being. Starting at $20.00/hour, bilingual Spanish/English certification can add $2.00/hour upon successful completion.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Six months of work experience in financial institutions, customer service or sales preferred.
• Attendance and promptness with a flexible Mon-Sat schedule.
• Ability to cover staffing at locations within the region when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional service to members and prospective members.
• Process a variety of transactions in person, drive-thru, video, or telephonic channels.
• Maintain cash control and adhere to policies and regulatory laws.
• Assess deposits for fraud and impersonation to mitigate losses.
• Open, update, and close accounts as needed.
