• Ability to interact with consumer and small business customers.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers and explain features and benefits of Consumer and Business Banking solutions; make recommendations based on identified needs.
• Engage customers to bank with us and promote digital capabilities in interactions.
• Explain high-level loan decision criteria.
• Complete servicing-related responsibilities for Consumer and Business Banking relationships and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Follow the bank's sales process and provide customer-focused guidance.
• Proactively reach out to retain and expand Customer Banking relationships.
• Adhere to customer service standards and deliver solutions in moments that matter.
• Manage lobby, greet customers, and address banking needs; refer to partners when appropriate.
• Log customer interactions and transactions in the system; comply with AML/BSA/KYC processes.
