Victory Automotive Group is seeking a bilingual Business Development Representative to handle inbound sales inquiries, showroom requests, and service questions. You will coordinate with Sales and Service teams to meet customer needs and ensure excellent service.

Ideal candidates have experience in administrative, clerical, call center or customer service roles and may understand automotive sales/service. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, clerical, call center or customer service roles.
• Must have pleasant and courteous personality with strong communication skills.
• May have knowledge of automotive sales/service.

Responsibilities

• Manages all incoming sales and service appointment queries (phone or internet) by scheduling appointments and following up on pending ones.
• Coordinates questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel.
• Tracks sold vehicles and hot sheets.
• Confirms special order parts.
• Helps follow up with phone and internet sales leads.
• Manages all required paperwork and records and prepares documentation when needed.
• Provides administrative assistance as needed.
