Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish-speaking required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in administrative, clerical, call center or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound sales and service appointment inquiries and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate questions with department personnel.
• Track sold vehicles and hot sheets.
• Confirm special order parts.
• Follow up with phone and internet sales leads.
• Manage paperwork and records; prepare documentation.
• Provide administrative assistance as needed.
