Universal Processing is hiring a Business Development Associate for an on-site, 5‑day workweek role. You will be the brand ambassador, initiating conversations with SMB owners and presenting our payment solutions. The position emphasizes bilingual Tamil or Telegu proficiency and will start with on-the-job paid training.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gather leads, conduct cold calls, schedule appointments to develop new business
• Engage SMB owners to present products and services
• Input lead data and pricing information into databases
• Follow up with potential clients to develop opportunities
• Manage sales pipeline and meet/exceed targets
