Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US at time of hire (E-Verify)
• Bilingual proficiency in Hindi or Urdu; reading and writing required
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication, critical thinking, detail-oriented and analytical abilities
• Excellent phone communication and negotiation-drive mindset

Responsibilities

• Gather leads, perform cold calls, and schedule appointments to develop new business
• Engage SMB owners by presenting products and services
• Collect business information and input into databases for pricing analysis
• Gather credit card processing statements to understand financial profiles
• Follow up with prospects to advance opportunities and manage the sales pipeline
• Meet and exceed defined sales targets
