Spectrum is hiring Customer Service Representatives for our billing team. Training class begins December 18, 2026.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish skills and the ability to work a variety of shifts, including late night/overnight, in a fast-paced, 24/7 call center environment. You will provide product knowledge and assist customers with billing inquiries, while maintaining Spectrum's high standards of service and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Schedule: Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Language: Bilingual in English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls related to billing inquiries.
