Job summary

Spectrum is hiring a Mobile Repair Customer Service Representative to assist customers with mobile services, billing, and activation. You will answer inbound calls, resolve issues, and maintain customer accounts in a fast-paced call center environment.

Proficiency in English and Spanish is required, with a High school diploma or equivalent. Training starts December 4th, 2026, and a wide shift availability including late nights is expected.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Schedule: Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Language: Bilingual in English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers through inbound calls to resolve mobile service activation, billing questions, rate and fee inquiries, order and payment processing, account updates, subscriber challenges, and more.
• Resolve mobile customer inquiries while creating best-in-class customer experiences.
• Work independently in an open, friendly environment while collaborating with a supportive, energetic team.
