Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA in New Jersey seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead assessments, develop BIPs, and supervise a team in a center-based setting.

You'll work with RBTs, BTs, and other clinicians to design, implement, and modify ABA programs, while collaborating with families to support progress and outcomes.

The role offers full-time hours (approx. 25 hours per week) with comprehensive benefits, including paid medical insurance and professional development support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• BCBA certification required.
• Completion of BCBA supervision training required.
• LBA licensure in NJ required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments including FBAs and skills assessments.
• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Design, implement, and modify ABA treatment programs.

Education

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis / Psychology
