Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA in New Jersey is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support children with ASD. You’ll conduct assessments, develop BIPs, supervise staff, collect data, and collaborate with families to improve outcomes.

This full-time, in-center role offers comprehensive benefits, a $700 device stipend, a 25-hour billable-week target, and opportunities for CEU reimbursement and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• BCBA certification and ongoing supervision training.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and reassessments including FBAs and skills assessments.
• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Design, implement, and modify ABA-based treatment programs.
• Train and supervise BTs, RBTs, and other team members on intervention strategies.
• Monitor client progress toward treatment goals and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure consistent, accurate data collection for all target behaviors and treatment objectives.
• Analyze treatment data to guide clinical decisions.
• Provide ongoing training and support to families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic care.
• Communicate regularly with families to share updates and recommendations.
