Campus USA Credit Union is seeking a part-time Reception/Loan Support Specialist in Jonesville, FL. You will assist outbound and inbound calls, process loan requests, and help with account openings while maintaining professional conduct for members and visitors.

Typical duties include receptionist duties, mail handling, and directing inquiries to the correct department. High school diploma or GED required with 0–1 year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Processes and disburses approved loans with appropriate paperwork and documentation
• Processes and opens approved new accounts with appropriate paperwork and documentation
• Monitors Capture queue and files documents to the appropriate account for retention
• Performs account maintenance in a timely manner with appropriate paperwork and documentation
• Answers the main switchboard and directs caller/member to the appropriate person or department
• Greets the public when they enter the credit union. Determines their needs and directs them to the appropriate person
• Receives mail/packages and distributes to the appropriate person or department
