Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing while following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and coordinating with the team to meet client goals.
• Handle branch operations and cash devices in line with bank procedures.
