• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology options like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch team to meet financial goals.
• Handle branch operations, including cash devices, while adhering to bank policies.
